Deotsidh (950 m) is a pilgrimage spot near the Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh. The town is famous for the shrines and natural beauty. It is religious in nature. The name of Deotsidh means “Light of Truth”. Here, a cave temple shrine is dedicated to a child saint namely, Baba Balaknath. Apart from these, it is said that the devotees have preserved the burning fire for the last five centuries that looks astonishing, but this is the faith!
The geography of Deotsidh is quite aesthetic and is located on the spur of Dhaulagiri hills. It has the natural charm and beauty for which the tourists pour in here and is also a pilgrimage center. The Himachal tourism center runs here a number of hotels and farmhouses for the safety and ease of the visitors.You can come here throughout the year and the view never changes. The transport facility here is quite good. It is situated at a distance of 217 km from Pathankot via Hamirpur, 56 km from Hamirpur and 37 km from Bilaspur. You can also reach there from Chandigarh (172 km) via Bilaspur.

Nadaun : This town became famous when the Kangra rulers shifted their Capital here after they lost Kangra Fort to the army of Jahangir. It is situated on the Shimla-Dharamshala road on the bank of Beas River, 20 kms. from Hamirpur town and 43 kms from Kangra. It is peaceful town with a good Rest House,an Old Palace and Shiva temple.
Markanda : It is located in district Hamirpur, 6 KM away from Dera parol on the bank of Kunah Khad is the place of Markandya Rishi. A Natural water spring is also located there. The fair of markanda is also famous.
Bhota :It is located on Dharamshala-Shimla road at a distance of 15 KMs. from Hamirpur towards Bilaspur. The place is famous for Radha Swami Satsang and one of the largest charitable hospital of the state have been constructed by the same religious trust.
Narvdeshwar Temple: Narvdeshwar Temple is situated in the Sujanpur town. It was got built by the chief queen of Maharaja Sansar Chand. Artists belonging to the court of Raja has drawn vivid and beautiful pictures pertaining to Ramayana, Mahabharta & Bhagwat Puran and also of wild animals and birds.
