The sea remain calm during this season and temperature hovers around 21 to 28 degree Celsius. The most sought after beach in Goa is Calangute beach. It comprises of gold sand and looks very lively.

Churches in Goa- Majority of the Goan churches are houses built450 years ago. The place is famous for Gothic architecture that was introduced by Portuguese during the 1510 era.

One of the most crucial landmarks includes Basilica of Born Jesus and it still holds the same importance. The relics of St Francis Xavier are also presented to people once in ten years. Other important churches in Goa are St. Francis of Assini, Church of St. Cajatan and Church of Lady of Rosary.

Goa Carnival- Enjoying Goa is synonymous to attending carnivals held in Goa and joining the parade.  During this carnival, streets come alive with music and people. This carnival was started by the Portuguese.

Spice Farms- Goa is acknowledged for spice farms. The spice plantation offer tourists an opportunity to visit rural Goa. Spice plantations like Savoi Plantation, Pascol Spice village and Sahakari spice farm. These are major destinations to visit.

 

Anjuna Beach- The market on Anjuna beach encompasses of huge assortment of goods. This flee market is held on Wednesday except during the monsoon season and there are many stalls for shopaholics.
