Jal Mahal, water palace
Jal Mahal palace reflects rich Rajput style of architecture and contains five stories. During the monsoon, when the lake overflows the lake leaves the 5th story of the palace for tourist’s view with the other four floors underwater. The roof of the Palace contains a rectangular Chhatri which is constructed in Bengali Style. The Chhatri are also built on all the four sides adhering to the rules of Hindu Vasthu Shastra.
Jantar Mantar
Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh:
This magnificent garden was built by Sawai Jai Singh II for his Sisodia Queen – The Sisodia Rani-ka-Bagh. It consists of tiered multi-level gardens with fountains, watercourses and painted pavilions. Amongst others, the best-preserved one is Vidyadhar-ka-Bagh, constructed by the builder of the city, Vidyadhar, with shady trees, flowing water, an open pavilion and suites of living rooms.
Vidyadhar’s Garden
Built in the memory of Vidyadhar, the architect of the Pink City, it is situated 7 kms. east of Jaipur in a narrow valley surrounded by high hills. It has been renovated recently and used to be the former vineyard of the royalty. This is a terraced garden with fountains, pool and other features of a formal royal resort.
Jagat Shiromani Temple
The beautifully carved Jagat Shiromani Temple houses the idol of Lord Krishna. This temple is popularly associated with the celebrated saint-poetess Mira Bai. The old temple Narsinghji and a step well Panna Main-ki-Baodi, which still bears witness to its past glory are also located in the vicinity.
Govind Devji Temple
To the north of Chandra Mahal in the midst of the sprawling Jai Niwas Garden is the spireless temple of Lord Krishna. The idol wsa brought from Vrindavan and installed here by Sawai Jai Singh II as the tutelary deity. Today, the temple attracts devotees, from all over the country. A delightful system of fountains is placed in the middle of the paved path between the Chandra Mahal and the Badal Mahal. The palace has extensive and sprawling gardens.

Kanak Vrindavan Valley
Kanak Vrindavan Valley is an exotic place in the desert lands of Jaipur, Rajasthan. This is situated in the bottom of Nahargarh hills adjoining the Amber Fort, on Jaipur-Amber Road. According to past records, the beautiful green valley was labeled as Kanak Vrindavan Valley by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, almost 280-years ago. The valley seemed like a mythological Vrindavan (Land of Lord Krishna) to the King, consequently he installed an idol of Shri Govind Deoji in the complex. This Temple, with its beautiful and delicate carvings, spreads a holy aura of spirituality all over the valley. On the side of Kanak valley, there flows Dharbawati River which soothes the environment with the cool breeze.
