Zambhala, Goa, December 2013- Goa in December is all about enjoying and partying. It is about live party bands, unlimited food, and drinks. But this year is unusually different, try something out of box. Instead of going to standard parties, detoxify and rejuvenate your mind and senses by visiting first and the biggest yoga festival, Zambhala, Goa. This is a two day festival ( December 21 and December 22) that promises to bring together the biggest healing experts, practitioners, spiritual teachers from across the world. Aside from the yoga sessions, the festival also promises to have a wide range of activities like Shamanism, Sufi whirling and workshops on various kinds of meditation techniques. Not to forget, crystal healing, chanting, stars gazing and past life regression is also included.

Weather in Goa- During December Goa witnesses good weather. There will be lot of sun shine every day and the weather will remain hot and sunny. No rains are seen during the month of December. Although it is coldest part in some regions, but temperature in Goa remains high, so all you can expect is beach weather. Now, you don’t need to carry loads of winter clothes. Average 10 hours of sunshine is expected. The average temperature of the sea during this month is around 27°C that can reach upto 32°C or it may drop down to 21°C. Average amount of rainfall expected is 10mm.

International Yoga Week, 2014 ( 1st to 7th March)- Rishikesh is the most sought after tourist spot for practitioners of different kinds of yoga and healing. In March this quaint Indian town will be frequented by Yoga gurus, practitioner and other enthusiast. This festival is organised on annual basis by the Uttrakhand State Tourism Department. International Yoga has gained immense popularity over the years. During this week, comprehensive lectures will be organized and emphasis will be laid on different yoga styles and asanas. Apart from that, distinguished practitioners will conduct Yoga sessions along the bank of the holy river and speak aloud about the ancient Yoga techniques. This session your body, mind and soul will become united.

Weather in Rishikesh- Well, March is the best month to visit this pristine destination. The maximum temperature may hover around 20°c and 35°C. Experts consider it as the best time to visit this place. Weather is bit unpredictable here.
